Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CEC-XXX Wind Power website, mobile application, wind power panel, or related services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Clean Energy Corp. (“CEC-XXX,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

CEC-XXX is a wind power project platform operated by Clean Energy Corp. The Platform provides information about wind power plans, app-based account tools, daily task participation, referral and agency features, and customer support links. Platform content is for user participation and service management and should not be treated as personal financial, tax, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use the Platform. You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must not be prohibited by applicable law from using our services. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe a user is ineligible, sanctioned, or using the Platform unlawfully.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your login details, password, withdrawal PIN, and wallet information secure. You may not create multiple accounts, sell your account, or allow another person to use your account for improper purposes. We will never ask for your password through email or chat, and you should contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Platform may offer wind power plan tiers, including X1–X14 or other plans shown in the App or official website. Plan prices, cycles, capacity descriptions, operating rules, and withdrawal requirements are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. You should review all plan details before participating and only use official links provided by CEC-XXX.

Any displayed earnings, daily income ranges, task rewards, or plan returns are based on the Platform’s published rules and may depend on plan type, account status, task approval, operational conditions, and compliance review. Past performance, examples, or promotional figures do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for understanding the risks of digital assets, USDT transactions, network fees, incorrect wallet addresses, and market or operational changes.

CEC-XXX may provide a six-level referral and agency program, including invitation rewards, agency ranks, and team-management benefits. Referral rewards are subject to the current rules displayed in the App or official website and may require verified activity from referred users. Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, circular referrals, misleading promotion, or any pyramid-scheme-style activity are strictly prohibited.

You may not use bots, scripts, fake identities, duplicate accounts, fabricated screenshots, stolen payment information, or any method designed to manipulate tasks, rewards, referrals, withdrawals, or platform data. You may not hack, reverse engineer, overload, copy, resell, or interfere with the Platform. You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, illegal investment solicitation, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law.

All logos, designs, text, software, page layouts, data displays, music, images, trademarks, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Clean Energy Corp. unless otherwise stated. You may use the Platform only for personal, lawful participation and may not copy, modify, publish, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission. User-submitted task proofs or promotional posts remain your responsibility, but you grant us the right to review and use them for verification and service operation.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website, App, wind power panel, data display, blockchain network, third-party service, customer support channel, or any feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of third-party information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Energy Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Platform. We are not responsible for losses caused by user error, incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, unauthorized account access, blockchain congestion, third-party outages, force majeure events, regulatory actions, or unlawful user conduct. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to the Platform in the 90 days before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Clean Energy Corp. is identified in the Platform information as a company formed on April 25, 2017, with business license number 10057136 and a principal address at 4675 MacArthur Court, Suite 800, Newport Beach, CA 92660. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support should be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless applicable consumer law requires a different forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, technical, or business changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Platform after posting means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, App, or official support channels when practical.
